1 Large Rainbow Trout (cleaned and split)
1 tbsp Seasalt
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Sweet Basil (fresh)
1 tbsp Ginger Puree (fresh if possible otherwise from the tube)
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning (optional)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 fresh Limes
½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
½ Cup Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
¼-½ Butter (melted for bread crumbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Slather over the trout and let marinade for about 1 hour. While trout is marinading, melt the butter and add to the bread crumbs. When trout ready to bake add the bread crumbs over the trout and drizzle a little olive oil over it. Then bake @ 350º for 12-15 mins. Last 2-3 mins turn the broiler on to brown the breadcrumbs a bit.
