2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon grind
2 Tablespoons butter
1 package of Pillsbury pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º.

2. Gently toss berries with lemon juice; then with mixture of the next six ingredients.

3. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter.

4. Put top crust on. Cut slits.

5. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º, bake 30 - 34 minutes longer.

Tip: Put pie on a baking sheet so that it won't drip in the oven.
