Pastry:
2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups all purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar

Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º.

2. For pastry, combine butter, flour, and powdered sugar. Mix well. Press in greased 10x14 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

3. In mixing bowl, beat eggs. Then, add sugar, lemon juice, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. Pour on top of pastry. Bake for 20 to 40 minutes (watch). Sprinkle with powder sugar and cut into squares.
