1 stick butter
3 ½ Tablespoons cocoa powder
⅓ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
1. In saucepan, bring butter, cocoa, and buttermilk to a boil until slightly thicken while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

2. Add to saucepan, the vanilla, powdered sugar, and nuts.. Mix well.

3. Pour over cake while hot.


Use with Gandy's Chocolate Sheet Cake recipe.
