1 full rack of baby back ribs
½ teaspoon onion powder, to your taste
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, to your taste
salt, to your taste
pepper, to your taste
Sticky Fingers, Original, BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove skin off the back of ribs.

2. Preheat oven at 375º - 400º, depending on oven.

3. Fill large stock pot full of water leaving enough room for adding ribs and to boil. Add onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and ribs. Bring to boil. Reduce to medium simmer, cover, and cook for 1 hour or until tender.

4. Place tin foil on cookie sheet. Remove rib from pot and place on cookie sheet. Brush on BBQ sauce to cover that side of the ribs. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn over ribs and brush on BBQ sauce to cover that side of ribs. Bake for 15 minutes.

5. Enjoy!
