4 cups tomato juice
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery leaves
2 tblsps, brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 small bay leaves
4 whole cloves
2 tblsps. (2envelopes) unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
3 tblsps. lemon juice
1 cup finely cut celery
1/4 cup sliced green olives, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice, onion, celery leaves, sugar, salt, bay leaves, cloves. Simmer 5 minutes. Strain. Soften gelatin in cold water; add to hot tomato mixture. Add lemon juice. Chill till partially set.
Add celery, and olives, if desired. Chill in 1½ quart dish or 8" mold till firm.
