4 cups water
1 medium potatoe, peeled and chopped
6 brown and serve turkey sausage links
2 16 ounce cans of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup chopped onion
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp each garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper and dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan bring water and potato to boil
cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender, do not drain
Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a skillet, cook over medium heat until browned
drain if necessary

Stir in the remaining ingredients
Bring to boil
Reduce heat, summer, uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until heated, stir occasionally
Discard bay leaf
