3/4 cup flour
1/8 t garlic powder
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 t Italian seasoning
4 boneless chicken breasts - pounded 1/2 inch thick and cut in thirds
2 T olive oil

1 onion - minced
1/2 cup white wine
14.5 ounces chicken broth
2 T lemon juice
13.75 can artichokes - liquid reserved
1/4 cup capers -with liquid
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning on plate. Dredge chicken in mixture.
Heat olive oil and sauté checked for 2 minutes on each side. Remove.
Using the same skillet, cook and stir garlic and onion about 5 minutes. Pour wine into skillet, turn up heat, and cook until wine reduces by half, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, artichokes, and liquid and browned chicken to pan. Reduce heat and cook until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Stir in capers and butter.
