3 eggs
1½ c. of cream
1/2 t. baking soda
1/8 t. onion salt
dash nutmeg
dash of pepper
2 - 9" pie crusts
1/2 lb. bacon fried crisp and drained
6 oz. finely grated swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crusts, then sprinkle bacon and cheese on top. Bake @ 375º for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
