6 eggs, at room temperature
1-3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup sifted flour
4 - 8 oz packages cream cheese at room temperature
1-1/2 pints sour cream
1-1/2 pints heavy cream
1/3 cup Grand Marnier (orange liquer)
Candied oranges and whipped cream for garnish

Preheat over to 350º. Combine eggs, sugar, and flour. Mix in the cream cheese. Blend well. Add the sour cream. Add the Grand Marnier and stir in the heavy cream. Pour batter into greased 9" springform pan. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350º oven. Put the pan on the second lowest oven rack and place a pan of water on the lowest rack. Then lower the temperature to 250º and bake for 50 minutes. Turn the oven off. Leave cake in the oven for 45 minutes. Cool thoroughly in pan before removing to plate. Make candied orange peels by boiling strips of peel in sugar and water syrup. Decorate top of cake with these and rosettes of whipped cream that have been flavored with Grand Marnier. Refrigerate.
