4 boxes frozen chopped spinach
4 cups chopped ham
4 large onions
4 cloves garlic
6 dozen eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spinach, drain, and squeeze out excess water. Grind spinach and ham. Cut onions in half and take out centers. Par boil the onions. Cut centers in frying pan with oil and minced garlic. After onions and garlic brown, put butter and spinach in pan and cook until heated. Remove from pan and let cool. Once cool, add eggs and parmesan cheese. Stuff onion halves that have been partly boiled with filling and place in a 13 by 9" pan sprayed with Pam. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 350º.
