Directions:
Place about 1/4 c. of flour in jar, mostly fill with water, then cover and shake vigorously. You can make gravy in roaster or pour drippings in another pan. Heat until bubbly, then slowly add flour/water mixture, whisking constantly. If more drippings are needed, broth can be added. Add a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet, then salt and pepper to taste.
