7 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 jar (12 oz.) pineapple ice cream topping
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Grease a 13 by 9" pan. In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream; continue to beat until well blended and mixture is soft and creamy. Turn into prepared pan. Place in shallow pan; pour hot water to 1/2" level around pan of cheese mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until deep golden and set in center. Cool in pan on wire rack, then refrigerate overnight. To serve, loosen sides from pan with spatula; invert onto serving plate.
