4 pkgs. frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
1-1/4 lbs. ham ends (ground)
2 medium onions (chopped)
garlic
6 eggs (approx.)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in pan with enough oil, spinach, ham and sauteéd onion and garlic. Add cheese and then cooked rice. When mixture cools, add eggs.

Crust: Flour, 1 egg, 1 glassful of luke warm water. Mix by hand until together.

Form crust in 13 by 9" pan. Spread spinach mixture into the pan over the crust. Cook for approx. 30-45 minutes or until done at 350º.
