16 oz elbow macaroni
3 tbl butter
1 1/2 c milk, divided
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
16 oz cubed Velveeta cheese
8 oz shredded Mild Cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Cook macaroni in large pot of boiling water, about 8-10 minutes
3. Drain well and pour into large mixing bowl
4. Melt Velveeta cheese and 3/4 cup milk until melted, stir often
5. Pour melted cheese over pasta and stir
6. Add in butter, 3/4 cups milk, eggs, 1 cup shredded cheeses, salt and pepper
7. Mix well and transfer to 2 quart baking dish
8. Pour remaining cheese on top
9. Bake about 25 minutes until top crust is golden brown
