2T. olive oil
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic ( or garlic powder)
½ tsp. Worchestershire sauce (optional but recommended)
Pinch salt & pepper
4 large Portobello mushrooms
1 c. shredded old cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, W. sauce, salt & pepper. Brush over tops and bottoms of mushrooms, let stand for 10 min. Place on greased grill over med.-high heat for 10 min. turning once. Sprinkle the underside of the mushroom with cheese and grill 2 more min. or until melted.
