8 slices bacon cut into 1 " pieces
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. milk
10 1/4 c. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. frozen corn ( or canned)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
oil as needed

Directions:
In saucepan cook bacon on med. heat until cooked, but not crisp. Add potatoes and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. (Add oil if not enough bacon fat-1-2 Tbsp.) Stir often. Add remaining ingredients. Continue cooking. Stir occasionally until heated through. (15 minutes.) Carefully watch until serving as it is easy to burn.
