1 lemon cake mix
1 cup Rice Crispy cereal
½ cup butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Directions:

Mix all.
Shape into 1 inch balls, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 º for 10 - 12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
