½ c butter, softened
sugar
vanilla
¾ c flour
⅔ c + chopped pecans
2-8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp cinnamon
1 large can sliced peaches-rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

In a large bowl at medium speed, beat butter, ⅓ c sugar, and ¼ tsp vanilla.
Add flour, beat until well mixed. Add nuts.
Press into bottom of springform pan.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and ½ c sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and 1 tsp vanilla.

Pour into springform pan.

Mix peach slices with cinnamon. Arrange on top of cream cheese mixture.

Bake @ 450º for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 400º and bake for 25 minutes.

Cool completely.
