1 pkg angel food cake mix
2 envelopes whipped topping mix or low calorie whipped topping mix
1/4 cup sugar
3-4 tblsp instant decaffeinated coffee

Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg, baking in 10 inch tube pan. Cool. Invert onto a serving plate. Use fork to carefully remove the center portion of the cake, leaving only a 1 inch shell around the outside edge and around the touch leaving 1 inch on the bottom of the cake. Cut cake removed from the center into 1/2 inch cubes.

Make whipped topping per pkg, adding sugar and coffee before whipping. Fold in the cake cubes (all but fine crumbs) Spoon filling mixture into cake shell. Chill 4 hours or more or freeze overnight. To serve, sprinkle rest of cake crumbs on top of the cake and dust with 4 x sugar if desired.
