Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (I use more as we like spicier)
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 ounce) pure pumpkin
1 can (12 ounce) Evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch deep dish crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. In a large bowl beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin and spice-sugar mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.

Personal Notes:
I double the recipe and usually get 3 regular pies out of the mixture.
