6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 lb butter (melted and cooled)
3 1/2 - 4 cups flour
4 t baking powder
2 T vanilla
1/2 t lemon or orange flavor extracgt
2 T anise extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add cooled, melted butter.
Add extract flavors.
Sift flour and baking powder, add to mixture a little at a time, the dough will be sticky.
Spoon a tablespoon size of dough onto the hot Italian waffle iron.
Cook until slightly browned.
