Directions:
1½ cup flour
1½ stick Oleo
⅔ cup ground nuts
Put in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool.

FILLING:
Beat:
1 package (8 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
Spread on cooled crust.

TOPPING:
Beat together:
3 to 3¾ ounce package Lemon instant pudding
4 cup milk
Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Put rest of cool whip (9 ounce) on top and sprinkle with ground nuts
