1½ cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
½ cup sweet milk
2 teaspoons. baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
2 or 3 mashed bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda (mixed into mashed bananas)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Sift flour then add salt and baking powder to the flour. Add milk and flour alternately. Then add vanilla and nuts and finally the bananas which the soda has been added.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.

BANANA FROSTING:

½ cup bananas
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons shortening
4 cup confectioners sugar

Cream butter and shortening. Mix lemon juice with bananas. Then add bananas and sugar alternately.
( I will add cool whip to the frosting.)
