1 box lemon cake mix without pudding
1 small box lemon jello
4 eggs
¾ cup oil
¾ cup water

Directions:
Mix together and beat for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

TOPPING:
2½ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons lemon rind
⅓ cup lemon juice

Puncture top of cake all over, spoon icing slowly over top so it soaks in.
