3 or 4 large eggs
2 can (1# size each) pumpkin
1 large can Evaporated milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon ginger
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
⅛ teaspoon mace
¼ teaspoon allspice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix pumpkin, spices and sugars together. Whip eggs, add milk and whip well. Pour into 13x9 inch glass baking dish

TOPPING:
1 package Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix
1¾ stick Oleo or butter
1 cup pecans or walnuts

Sprinkle cake mix evenly over top of pumpkin mixture in pan. Drizzle melted butter over top, covering all of cake mix.
Bake 30 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle nuts on top and return to oven 30 minutes or until done.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
