5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla


1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Preheat oven 350.

Line an 8x8 pan with flour.

Melt butter with cocoa. Set aside to cool.

Mix 1/4 cup butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

Stir alternately, 1 cup cold water and flour mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.
