6 oz linguine
2 tbsp butter
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp salt
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup italian salad dressing

Directions:

Cook linguine according to package directions.

Meanwhile, melt 2 tsp butter in a large non-skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle the shrimp with 1/4 tsp salt and add to skillet. Cook until pink and opaque, 1 1/2-2 minutes on each side, transfer to plate.

Melt remaining 4 tsp butter in same skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and crushed pepper, cook, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and remaining salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes just begin to wilt, 1-2 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook until heated through, about 1 minute longer. Add the linguine, parsley, lemon juice and italian dressing. Cook tossing until well combined.
