1 cup butter
1/2 brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 cups oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8x8 with parchment paper

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium sauce pan. Heat on low temperature until butter and sugar are dissolved.

Add oats, cinnamon and salt. Mix well and keep stirring for 5 minutes.

Divide mixture in half. Spread half on bottom of pan, spreading evenly.

In a bowl for microwave, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in 40 seconds intervals. Continue until all is blended and melted.

Pour 3/4 chocolate over oats. Spread remaining oats, then cover with remaining chocolate mixture doing zig zags.

Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
