1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 jar or can of spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded 4 cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2.25 qt casserole dish with pam and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef with green pepper, red pepper, onion and garlic.

Drain excess fat from mixture.

Return ground beef, peppers and onion mixture to skillet. Add oregano, stir in cooked brown rice and sauce. Stir ingredients until evenly combined.

Transfer meat and sauce to casserole dish. Cover evenly with cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
