1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup liquid vegetable oil or margarine
2 egg whites
1/3 cup skim milk
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quaker quick cooking oats (uncooked)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray or line with foil an 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pan (can be done in an 8x8 as well).

Combine bananas, sugar, oil or margarine, egg whites and milk; mix well. Add combined flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda mixing just until moistened.

Pour into prepared baking pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes (loaf) 35-40 minutes (pan) or until toothpick from center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes in pan; remove to wire rack.

Cool completely.
