½ cup romano
½ cup provolone
1 cup mozzarella
6-8 medium italian sausages
18 eggs
½ cup flour
1 diced red bell pepper
salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter and flour a round pan. Grate romano, provolone, and mozzarella. Cook italian sausages and slice into ¼ inch circles. Place sausages in the bottom pan. Beat eggs in a bowl with mixer until fluffy. Add flour and beat. Add red bell pepper. Add all cheeses except ricotta. Mix with wooden spoon. Add salt, pepper to taste. Place egg and cheese mix on top of sausages. Add ricotta 1 Tblsp at a time to egg and cheese mix and bake at 350
