3 small tenderized steaks
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 T. oil
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and flour in plastic bag. Drop steaks into bag. Shake. Brown floured steaks in oil in fry pan. Lay in casserole dish.

Blend remaining flour with grease in fry pan. Add onion, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over steak. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
