3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, un-drained
2 tablespoons butter

Combine flour and sugar in small saucepan; add pineapple and butter. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.
