3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1 T plus 1 t cinnamon
1 t ground cloves
1 t ground allspice
3 T vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs untll fluffy. Add oil and sugar. Mix well.
Add zucchini, also any liquid that formed. Mix well.
Add remaining ingrediants, mix well.
Pour into 3 small loaf pans or 2 large (spray pans or oil and grease).
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
