1 lb ground beef. 15 oz containet ricotta cheese
1/2 lb sweet or hot Italian sauce, casing removed. 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 jar spaghetti sauce ( approx 26 oz). 3/4 C Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 t garlic powder. 1 egg

Directions:
Heat oven to 400. In large saucepan, cook meats till browned; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and garlic powder. Heat to boiling. Meanwhile cook pasta according to box directions. In a medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, 1/2 Parmesan cheese,and egg. Stir together pasta and meat sauce. Spread half of the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over pasta. Spoon remaining pasta mixture over ricotta cheese. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 5 more minutes, or till bubbly.
