6 C chicken broth
3 C water
3C cooked, shredded chicken
2 boxes (about 4.5 oz. box) Uncle Bens quick cooking long grain wild rice
3//4 t salt
3/4 t pepper
3/4 C flour, plus 6 more Tablespoons
3/4 C butter
3 C cream ( I use a combo of heavy cream, and some skim milk)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add broth, water, and chicken. Boil and stir in rice. In a small bowl, add salt, pepper flour. In a saucepan. Melt butter. Add flour mixture, gradually making a white sauce. Whisk in cream, slowly. Cook till smooth and thickened, about 4 minutes. Stir this cream mixture into the large pot with broth and chicken. Stir soup occasionally as it cooks about 15 minutes. Serve with a crusty bread
