1/2 cup white beans
1 cup vegetable broth
1 Tlb tomato paste
2 Tlb tamari
1 1/4 cups ground chia seeds
1/4 cups of nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp ground oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together then mix into wet till well mixed and beans chunky. Divide into 4 equal parts. Shape each part into a sausage and wrap in no stick tinfoil and twist ends. Steam over boiling water for 45 minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool. Can freeze now or refrigerate. Can now use as any other sausage. Cook over grill or fry in pan
