3 medium potatoes
cured ham
brown sugar
mustard
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly cook potatoes and then slice them 1/4 inch thick. Put half potatoes in a baking dish. Use one large slice of ham and cut in pieces. Please half of ham over sliced potatoes. Between each layer add 1/4 c brown sugar and a little mustard. Add rest of potatoes and ham layering brown sugar. Add enough milk just to cover.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until it browns on top. Add a thickening to make a gravy.
