Ham Balls:
1 lb pork sausage ground-NO seasoning
1 lb ham ground
2 c soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce:
1/2 c water
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c orange juice
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
10 whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham ball ingredients in a large bowl. Make in to small balls and put in a flat pan. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over ham balls. Bake 325º for 90 minutes. Turn balls once during cooking time, make sure all are cooked.
