1-16 oz can crushed pineapple
1 small box orange jell-o
1 small box lemon jell-o
1 c cold water
1 c celery-chopped fine
1 c carrots-chopped fine
3/4 c cauliflower-chopped fine
1 c nuts-chopped fine
2 c cottage cheese drained a little
1/2 c miracle whip
2 c cool whip
lettuce leaves for serving

Directions:
Heat pineapple in a double boiler, add boxes of jell-o to hot pineapple. Once dissolved, add water. Let cool. Add celery, carrots, cauliflower, and nuts. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in ice box. Serve on lettuce leaf.
