2 c. Sugar
2 c. Fresh basil leaves
16 c. (2 1/2 gallons) lemonade

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and 3 c. Water to a boil. Cook five minutes yes. Add basil and col to room temperature. Strain and discard solids. Combine lemonade with syrup ( 2-3 t. to 8 oz. lemonade). Garnish glasses with fresh basil.

A very refreshing summer drink. Works especially well if you are asked to contribute a something non-alcoholic to an outdoor summer party as you can mix the ingredients and garnish the glasses " on site".
