1 c sugar
1/4 c Crisco
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 c chopped apples
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and mix well. Add apples. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
