4 cans chili beans
4 cans kidney beans
Tomato sauce
1 pound russet potatoes
4 dried chili peppers
2 bell peppers
2 hot chili seasoning packets
2-3 c beef stock
1 large can diced and peeled tomatoes
6 garlic gloves

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube (little cubes) potatoes
Open and pour in all 8 cans of beans into large crock pot
Add 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1 large can of diced and peeled tomatoes
Chop bell peppers up and add them to the pot
Add dried chili peppers, chili packets, and beef broth and garlic
Turn on high heat and cook for 4-6 hours.
Add beef broth as needed and season with salt pepper
