6-7 C. diced ruhbarb
2½ C. sugar
½ C. flour

1. Combine above ingredients and spread into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan.

1 C. brown sugar
1 C. rolled oats
1½ C. flour
1 C. soft butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon

2. Combine to a crumbled consistency all above ingredients and place evenly on top the ruhbarb mixture.

3. Bake at 375º oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This is so good especially served while still a little warm. It is always topped with a large dollop of whipped cream or icecream served on the side at our house. This is a Springtime delight and a "comfort food" all rolled into one!
