3 large frozen hash brown patties, broken into pieces (I use the loose hash browns to generously cover the bottom of pan).
⅓ C. butter, melted
Place ingredients into a pie pan or baking dish of your choice. Bake at 425º F. for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle on top: 1 C. ham, diced; 1 C. Swiss cheese, grated; 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated.
Beat together: ½ C. half and half; 3 eggs; ¼ tsp. seasoned salt and black pepper to taste.

Bake at 350º F. oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately while hot.
