Crust - 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter

Cream - 18 oz pkg of cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 T milk, 9 oz Whip Cream (Cool Whip)

2 pkgs (4 servings size) Instant chocolate pudding, 3 1/2 cups Cole milk

Directions:

Combine Graham Crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly in 13 x 9 pan

Cream 18 oz pkg cream cheese, 1/4 c sugar, 2 T milk - beat until smooth, fold 1/2 of whip cream in to mixture. Spread of crust.

Prepare pudding as directed on package adding 3 1/2 cups cold milk - pour over cream cheese mixture.

Chill overnight (or until firm)

Spread remaining cool whip on top of pudding.

Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
