1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix (may also use GF cornbread mix)
1 can cream corn
1 can yellow nib let corn
1 small container sour cream
1 egg
1 stick of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Spray 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with Pam.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.
Bake until golden brown.

This is a delicious corn casserole that Hilary would make for special occasion dinners. It is delicious!
