1 can (13½ ounce) pineapple chunks, well drained
½ cup butter
2 teaspoon butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup dairy sour cream
9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie crust in 9 inch pan--prebake 5 minutes in 425 degree oven
Sprinkle well drained pineapple with flour. Cream butter and sugars, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Beat eggs in one at a time till smooth. Stir in sour cream and pineapple. May separate slightly but is ok when baked. Turn into pie shell, mound in center.
Bake at 325 degrees 50-60 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
