1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp ground black tea (3 tea bags should do it)

Everything should be finely ground into dust!

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

To make one serving of chai tea, mix together:

3 oz boiling water
3 oz milk
1 tbsp chai tea mix
2 drops vanilla
